It’s amazing for me to watch children…children that you have not seen in a while, and to watch how they have grown both physically and mentally.

Today I got together with my friends Tiff and Kik. Collectively, they have 6 childern…3 each!!! I am totally head over heels in love with each one of them, and it was so fun for me to see how they have grown!!!

I have known Tiffany and Kik now for over ten years, but unfortunately do not get to see them as much as I’d like to due to busy schedules for all of us!

Although it may be hard to spend good, quality time together with our busy lives, I really value and cherish the times that I do get to spend with my friends…and it’s a bonus to have my children spend time with their children. I think Katie and Cole love it as much as I do!!!

Our family always loves easter…it’s one of our favorite holidays. We always spend it at Aron’s parents house and the easter egg hunt gets more competitive every year as the kids get older and learn the strategy of “the hunt”!!!

This was a really cool event…a surprise wedding!!!
Mark and Maria had sent out invitations to all of their friends and family and had invited them to her 30th birthday party…well that’s what the guests thought they were coming to!
Just in time for the ultimate April Fool’s prank, right??!!
We were at the gorgeous Figueroa Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
It was great!

I had the pleasure of having the wonderfully talented Jules Bianchi second shoot with me and we had an absolute ball! Jules and I have always talked about second shooting with each other, and I am so happy that we finally connected!

Here is how the day unfolded:

Last week Aron and I set off to the infamous Las Vegas for our annual WPPI/DWF convention and tradeshow. It is always super fun to reconnect with old friends in the industry and meet new ones, too!

We had a fabulous time at the 7th annual [b] party at THE Hotel in a super swanky suite hosted by becker.

Mr. Joe Photo himself with his lovely wife Ingrid. They are so inspiring and full of encouragement. One of our highlights from this trip was having a very long and deep conversation with Joe about life, love and (of course) photography. His blogs fill me up each and every day! Thanks, Joe!

We love Sara France and Lauren Hillary! Aron was on a mission to find these girls, and as you can see, he was happy to have found them!!!
Thanks for feeding his ego, girls!
